Robert Zimmermann,
Operations, Germany

Robert brings over 15 years sales and marketing experience in the software industry. He has worked for several leading German software publishers as Sales Director, Director of Business Development and Marketing Director. In 2003 he has founded his own company that provides software based economics training to the German industry and consulting services for developers and software publishers all over the world. Since July 2005 Robert has managed CustomCD.de GmbH.

Scott Jensen,
Operations, Portland

Scott brings 20 years of direct response experience that includes call center, customer service, CRM, fulfillment, mail order, packaging, distribution and sourcing. He also brings broad industry knowledge and insights from having worked in the business services, software, Internet, gift, outsourcing and consumables industries for such companies as GraphicCorp, CD LabelCorp and SpellChecker.net. Scott has a proven track record in managing people, projects and processes. He earned a BA from Portland State University.

Doug Caviness,
Worldwide Sales and Business Development

Doug brings 20 years of high tech and consumer experience from start-up to Fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Egreetings Network, IMSI, and Broderbund (Riverdeep Inc.). Doug brings extensive business development experience that includes technology and content licensing, distribution, and M&A. He has served in roles that include VP Business Development, General Manager, and VP Marketing. Doug earned his MBA from University of California, Davis and a BA from Principia College.

Maxim Kortunov,
Lead Software Engineer, Software Architect

Maxim is an experienced software architect and engineer. His extensive computer knowledge and rich experience allows us to develop the reliable, flexible, and easily adaptable software that is used in our day-to-day production environment. Maxim's background and experience comes from working for large companies and on different skill oriented projects (telecommunication, billing services, customer services, low level and core application modules). His knowledge allows us to utilize state-of-the-art computer technologies along with best software development practices in our project. Since the beginning of the CustomCD project, he has been its software architect and lead engineer.
